Technicians Hub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website https://technicianshub.in/ and provides on-site laptop and electronics repair services in Hyderabad. We only collect the basic information you voluntarily provide through our website forms to help us provide our services. We do not collect payment or billing information. We do not use forms to collect sensitive personal data.

**Technical and system data: **We may use limited, non-identifying technical data (for example, basic analytics) to monitor site performance. We do not collect IP addresses or detailed browsing histories as personal data for the purpose of providing the Laptop Doorstep Service.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and process your data only for the specific purposes necessary to provide and improve our services:
To respond to and process your service inquiries submitted via the booking form.
To schedule, coordinate, and perform on-site repair services at your location.
To send appointment confirmations, technician assignment details, and service updates via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

To improve our website and booking experience using aggregated and anonymized analytics.

4. Consent
By filling out the “Book Technician Now” form on our website, you give us explicit consent to collect and use your information for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 10. Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We value your privacy and do not sell or rent your personal data. Any sharing of your data is limited to what is necessary to provide the requested service.
**Assigned technicians or service partners: **We share your name, phone number, and address with the technician assigned to your job so they can reach you and perform the repair. Technicians are authorized to access only the data necessary to perform the service and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
**Communication providers: **We may use SMS gateways or WhatsApp to send service messages. WhatsApp is a Meta product and processes data under its own policies.
**Service and analytics providers: **We may use third-party tools for anonymized analytics or site performance. These tools process data under their own privacy policies; we limit the personal data shared with such providers.
**Legal and safety: **We may disclose personal data to law enforcement, courts, or government authorities when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
6. No Payment or Billing Data
We do not collect, process, or store payment card details, bank account numbers, or other payment/billing information through the Laptop Doorstep Service booking form. If payment is required, it will be handled offline or via a separate system with its own privacy and security measures; we will inform you of payment procedures at the time of service.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data related to service bookings and service records for a period of two (2) years from the date of your last service to manage warranty claims and service history. After this period, or upon a valid request for erasure, we will securely delete or anonymize the data unless a longer retention period is required by law.
